Jeff Chester, Director of the D.C.-based Center for Digital Democracy, will be at Burlington City Hall on 5:30 p.m. Thursday, November 9 for a talk about how political candidates and issue campaigns are now fully integrated into the growing Big Data marketing infrastructure. Chester will talk about how to protect the integrity of the democratic electoral and decision-making process.
